Lazy Daze is ideal for those that want to be close to the beach but away from the crowds!
Located at the beautiful Purple Parrot Resort in Perdido Key Florida.

This POOLSIDE (upstairs) one bedroom cottage with LOFT overlooks the Tiki Bar and waterfall cascading into the 5,000 square foot outdoor pool.

Imagine yourself enjoying the sunset from the screened-in balcony while listening to live music from the Tiki Bar. This is surely the perfect setting for a small family or couple looking to enjoy a lazy afternoon.

In an effort to make your stay more enjoyable, this cottage is equipped with a king size bed in the master, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the loft.

This cottage also features a half bath in the living area which is a rarity for a one bedroom.

More features include wireless internet, two large plasma TV's and a kitchen ready for the gourmet chef!

In addition to the large outdoor pool with two waterfalls and island hot tub the resort also boasts an indoor pool which is heated during the cooler months, an indoor hot tub, two saunas and a fitness center.

This place was perfect for us. The family really had a good time because of the location. Owner communicated with us with no delay. Place was very clean and so pretty. My son really loved the loft so he had his own space. Great beds! Awesome water pressure!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was in a great location overlooking the pool. The tiki bar was right below and many nights we could sit on the screened in porch and listen to the music. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Fred was very easy to work with.

Property is awesome and right by the pool. The only thing we didn't like was the cleaning person bothering us way before check out. She said she didn't see a car, so thought we had already left. As there is no parking directly attached to the unit, this explanation made no sense at all.

Our new favorite spot

We loved Lazy Daze!!!. Right across from the Tiki bar so you can sit outside on balcony and listen to the live music which is awesome. The condo was clean, cozy and bright. My husband loved the fact that the location of the resort was within short distance of everything you need but far enough away from the busy traffic as you get closer to orange beach. We will definitely be going back.

Nice property, good view of the pool and bar. Pool water too cold in Feb but the hot tub was nice. A little noisy when the bar patrons are doing karaoke--badly! Bed a little soft for our liking but not a big deal. Great location for getting to the beach, Pensacola.

A condo located in paradise

First time in Perdido Key and we absolutely fell in love with the area. The Lazy Daze condo was perfect for our family. The condo had everything we needed and things we didn’t know how we vacationed without such as a washer and dryer. The condo was very clean. The Purple Parrot resort grounds were always clean and in great order. We loved having the view of the pool and being next to the tiki bar. Live music is done by 10pm and then is very quiet. We didn’t mind because the tiki bar had some really great live bands playing the week we stayed. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and always clean. The tiki bar food prices were a little steep for bar food but the area offers so many wonderful dinning options. We will definitely be returning again someday.

Just Perfect

This property is just perfect! The description is completely accurate and the property was exceptionally clean. The starter paper products were generous. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed the outdoor porch seating. The owner was easy to communicate with and replied promptly to all questions. He even let us know that we could check in early as the cleaning crew was finished early. The only change I would make would be to pare down on the number of air freshener plug-ins. Three is a bit too much for people who may be scent-sensitive. Thank you for the use of your property - we greatly appreciate it!

Relaxing getaway, immaculate rental!

Booked a weekend getaway, sick and tired of getting unauthorized charges when we stay at one of the local hiltons, so we decided to check out the Purple Parrot. It’s off the main road, and not on the water, but we knew this ahead of time and it’s only about a two minute drive to the beaches. Let’s talk about the cottage! It is the upstairs unit and this place is more well kept than many hotels! It’s clean clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in their lovely property. This unit directly overlooks the pool and bar, so if you don’t want music, which plays until around 10:00, I suggest you don’t book this particular unit. However, we read the listing beforehand, and loved the live entertainment! There is a loft space with two beds, but the ladder is tough and I just took a peak, but it is a nice space! The food at the bar itself was overpriced and just so so, but it wasn’t terrible. The drinks were a good price and it was more locals this time of year and they were all friendly. The pool is clean and the hot tub is hot! Overall, we would go back!

We booked this property specifically for its location close to the tiki bar. We loved sitting on the screened in porch every night and people watching/listening. You can also see the whole pool so we could watch our teenage girls from the balcony. The only thing that could make it better would be a ceiling fan. The property was very clean and comfy. Good beds and comfy living room furniture. Something to note: no outside food or drink at the pool so if you’re planning to save money by packing your own, you’re out of luck. We spent about a million dollars at the tiki bar but it was totally worth it. The beach is technically walkable but I wouldn’t. It’s a main road with no sidewalk. The public beach access was nice and always had parking so it was no biggie! We will definitely be back! We loved our time there and I miss it already!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and just as described! The bed was comfortable. We loved the screened porch overlooking the pool and tiki bar. We were able to listen to the music from the porch which was great! I would stay here again!
