Bill’s House

Had a fabulous week at Lost Key Resort at Bill’s house. Perfect property for our family of 11. The home is clean and well maintained. Had all we needed to enjoy a perfect week at the beach! Looking forward to another trip to area next year! The shuttle made it easy to get the small kids to and from the beach! They enjoyed the next door community pool in the evening. The teenagers enjoyed the nearby gym. All in all a perfect week!

Amazing location

This property felt more residential (less touristy) than others I've stayed in nearby between Orange Beach and Fort Walton Beach. The property owners were very communicative and responded quickly to questions. The bikes were a hit for everyone!

lost key perdido

the house was very spacious and had everything needed for a beach vacation. the location was great. very close to the pool, and short shuttle ride to the beach. check in and check out was easy. rules listed out clearly. the host was very willing to help and was so accommodating. 10/10 would stay again

Fabulous house - lots of room

Great stay. Large house with bathroom in each bedroom makes everyone comfortable and happy. Check in and out was a breeze. Had slight problem but owner was quick to respond and remedy. Very customer friendly which was appreciated. Lost Key is a treasure.

Great place to stay at I lived the place and location. One thing we didn't like was them having cameras and checking everything we did outside and texting us about claiming the neighbors told them. This was alittle to much and we didn't like the place was fine other than that.

Spring Break 2023

Property was accurately described. Convenient location next to the pool. Great neighborhood for the kids to hang out during the day or at night. We felt comfortable letting them go out on their own. The bikes were a huge bonus! Adults and kids enjoyed using them. Pool and gym were great! Beach restaurant area was nice. We will visit again!

Family time

Pool at the lost key beach club is tiny. Never any beach chairs available unless you got there at 8 o’clock in the morning.Probably need to invest in new frying pans and maybe more storage containers.

Perdido Key Family Vacation 7/2023

It was my mom's dream to have a family beach vacation. She picked Bill and Mindy's property because it was close to the beach and could house all 13 of us (ranging from 4 months to 60). Everything was exactly as pictured. When we arrived Bill and Mindy were super responsive and answered my questions within minutes. Our large group took advantage of the beach shuttle, the provided bicycles, new gas grill and the next door pool. Great neighborhood for the kids to hang out during the day or at night. We felt comfortable letting them go out on their own. We highly recommend Bill and Mindy's property.

A week with friends and family

Our group of 13 enjoyed our week at Lost Key. The house was so well stocked, we never even had to use the stuff we brought (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods/soap, etc). The open floor plan downstairs with the kitchen, living room and dining area was great for our large group. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. You could see the pool next door. The beach is a longer walk, especially with lots of kids. They have the shuttle available, but we opted to rent a golf cart to shuttle back and forth. The bikes came in handy for the beach too. The owners were super responsive and clearly value their guests and their experience.

Really good property

Bill was amazing. The communication was amazing and he was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was perfect for our family of 14! The rules seemed a little overwhelming at first but was fine once you go into the property. I will say that you have to drive to the beach. With as many people as we had, with the amount of "stuff"(for the kids), it was not convenient to walk over to the beach club. The parking was very limit. Overall, this property was great and Bill was amazing. If you are ok with a little walk and are not bringing "every beach item known to man," t is a great place!

Great house, great hosts

Our family had such a wonderful stay here in Bill and Mindy’s home. They were excellent hosts who were so gracious! They communicated with me so quickly and thoroughly. They go above and beyond. My family loved riding the bicycles and being so close to the pool. It is literally right next to the pool. My granddaughter would stand out on the deck and look to see if a new friend she made was at the pool yet. The whole house is well stocked from the kitchen to extra towels and even beach towels. It’s wonderfully clean and comfortable. Even had plenty of trash cans and a mid-week trash pick-up. Bill and Mindy are wonderful and very informative hosts. Best vacation ever!!
