This stunning newly-built home is surrounded by native pines and natural landscapes for quiet enjoyment away from the crowds. Castaway House has everything you need for a family retreat including a spacious game/playroom on the second level with a trundle bed. How cool is it to have your own arcade game, kids building block table, and assorted toys and games? The room is beautifully furnished with a lounging area and TV. Everything is brand new! The owner's well-thought-out furnishings and amenities, including state of an art kitchen, will make your family vacation unforgettable. Sidewalks from the subdivision 1 mile to the beach make access effortless. Beach wagon and chairs provided. Oh, and there's a portable ping-pong table and grill too!

Xmas break getaway

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Only downside was the closest road access to the beach was closed due to construction otherwise would have been perfect. The house was clean and had large bedrooms with ample space for 10 people.

Family Summer Vacation

Our whole family loved how nice and roomy it was. House was bigger than it looks and had 4 very large bedrooms with nice beds. The kids spent most of their time in the fun kids section upstairs. House came with much more than listen with plenty of fun stuff to do at home and stuff take to the beach. Great location with beach access less than a mile down the street. Our family made great memories and we appreciate how easy and awesome the whole vacation was!
