The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in tower 1 on the 4th floor. The master suite features a King size bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the units private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a stand up shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double size beds, TVs and DVDs in both bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. With the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the private balcony, the living room also offers comfortable furniture with enough seating for everyone and a Smart TV.
