Unit 726 will not disappoint with its NEWLY REMODELED master bathroom! There is a double sink vanity with ample counter space for your personal amenities and a gorgeous remodeled, full-size, stand-up shower! Located on the 7th floor of Tower 2, your view of the Gulf is endless. There is a TV and king size bed in the master bedroom with sliding glass door that leads to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf waters. In the guest bedroom, there are two queen beds, with new carpet in both bedrooms as well. Outside the guest bedroom is the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a laundry area in the hall. Don't want to eat out? No problem, with an abundant amount of cookware and bakeware to prepare those home-cooked meals, everyone can enjoy around the kitchen table with seating for 6, and 3 more at the breakfast bar. Skip all the hustle and bustle, stay in and relax in the living area, either watching TV on the Smart TV, playing some board games the owner has supplied, or just enjoy the spectacular view. On the private balcony there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the Gulf view, maybe even see dolphins playing in the water! Shopping is just a few minutes down the road, as well as many restaurants to try, from seafood to our locally owned pizzeria, the area has much to offer! Or just stay and take advantage of the amenities on property with a Pickleball/Tennis Court, 2 pools (one heated year round), hot tub, fitness center, and of course our 800 ft of private beach! There are also grills between towers for guests to use for your grilled meals. All units include cable, Wi-Fi, and full size washer and dryer. Book now before someone else grabs your perfect family vacation spot! Please no smoking or pets on property.

Ultimate relaxation!

My teen daughters and I spent a long weekend here and it was fantastic! Clean condo, comfortable beds and that VIEW! Enjoyed the 7th floor view, pool and the private beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

My girls trip was a great one at this property. The unit was clean, beds slept great, shower water pressure was awesome, view was spectacular and location was ideal. It was so quiet at night that you could imagine you were the only person there. Would definitely come back! Just a few wishes- we didn’t have any dish liquid to wash dishes with, just dishwasher tabs. Bought a small bottle and left it for the next guests. The front bedroom is noticeably hotter than the rest of the condo. Turned the ceiling fan on higher and made it fine. Wondered if there might be a duct issue. Sliding door to the balcony is difficult to open. Might need to be checked out.

Clean, roomy, short walk to beach, only thing is we didn't bring extra toliet tissue, but store just down the road!!! Had loads of fun, wish we could have stayed longer. Elevator a little stuffy and smelly, but had a great time!!!!!

Sandy Key

We really enjoyed our trip to Sandy Key. The condo building is 8 floors which makes the beach less crowded than surrounding buildings. There are several good restaurants just a couple minutes away and Orange Beach is also a close drive. There is parasailing and jet ski rentals just a short walk down the beach.
