"Nice public house hotel, initial issue with parking as full with parents collecting children, check in issue as could not find key, woken up at 5.00am with banging from below my room, breakfast not until 8.30. Room very comfortable and tidy, area around property very nice. WI-FI a little slow"

The welcome is always warm, the rooms comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the setting absolutely stunning, with picturesque gardens and incredible views of Wells and the surrounding area. Parking is secure and it's extremely close to the Tor as well as to Glastonbury town centre - useful when visiting on a very rainy day! There is heavy traffic on the adjacent road, so if you're not used to this ear plugs might be useful (at least in the upstairs bedroom)."
