"We were a group of 4 families with a mix of kids ranging from 5-12yrs and adults. The Home was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Communicating with Trina through the App was very easy and she also provided her cellphone to contact her with any issues. The location was perfect for visiting the national mall and museums. We couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend for a large group to family and friends."

"The communication with the owner was very helpful- he researched a lot to the questions we asked about things to do with our 3 yr old granddaughter. The location was great. The place was eclectic and comfortable. some things didn't work as expected but it was clean and quiet and we found ways to work around. I would stay there again. "

"The house is amazing. Great amenities, everything is new and clean. Nice deck. Rain showers were great. Having a gated parking spot was huge. Great deli down the street that we ate at every day. The third floor has it's own kitchen which was nifty. Would love to stay there again. "
