"This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. "When we drove into the entry there was a staff person watering the flowers. There were at least five cars behind wanting to drive up to the lobby to go in to register. Made everyone wait and seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Got the stink eye. This was at 4:00 pm, when registration started. Definitely didn’t make us feel welcome."

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom.
