Minutes from Skaha and Okanagan lake, the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upper level of the house is perfect for your Penticton getaway. Enjoy the sun soaked south facing patio, fire up the BBQ, relax on the massive couch, watch cable TV or a movie on the 4K 75 inch TV, and enjoy the heat of the outdoor fire pit. There’s even a large yard to let the kids play. Mountian biking trails are right up the hill and vineyards a short drive away. All bedrooms feature queen size beds, large ceiling fans and A/C. Pets must be added to your reservation.

Enjoy all the amenities we have to offer. BBQ, fire pit, 75 inch TV, massive sofa with electric recliner, air conditioning, large dining table, gigabit internet, chromecast, Telus cable TV with sports package and so much more! Great base for climbing at the Bluffs!

This spot was perfect for our family on our climbing trip to Skaha Bluffs. Comfortable, clean, and very convenient to the park, it had everything we needed!

Wonderful place and location but could be better

Very clean and near apex ski resort or Kelowna. Room heating and sleeping related things are sufficient. But the main bed room shower is very cold when fan turned on, it should have additional heating or better insulation.

Nice place

The location was lovely and quiet, the unit was nicely renovated and clean. Some little extras like kids toys and sidewalk chalk and clean towels for the beach were all provided. Would recommend.

Quiet Location with Everything You Need

This VRBO was a nice and clean three bedroom with a full kitchen. We enjoyed a fall stay and the huge HD tv was a bonus - so many streaming services available. The location was away from any busy-ness but close to anywhere we wanted to go. The host was very good and accommodating - would definitely recommend this stay !

Recent renovations give the place a very clean and functional look inside. Amenities very good. The air conditioning is per room and a bit noisy but each room had a very quiet room fan.

We felt we lived here…

Came to Penticdton to house hunt. We felt like we already lived here, like this was our home. Close to downtown, conveniently located. Just like the photos and description. Fabulous sound and Video system. Host was very available, friendly, responsive, provided lots of local information. We loved Penticton, and enjoyed being part of the residential neighborhood where we felt right at home. We hope to return, to stay at this address!

It had everything we needed

This was a nice place to stay! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and there were beach toys for the kids and beach chairs and towels too. The BBQ was great! Beds were comfy and showers were good. The only suggestions I would make to improve is there was no shade on the deck, so an umbrella would be nice. And we didn’t realize there are folks living in the basement of the house - but it was no problem. They did not make any noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great stay for the Fondo

We booked this home for the Gran Fondo in Penticton in July. It was a 15 min bike ride into town downhill but an uphill climb home. The home was fully stocked, air conditioning in each room and clean modern facilities. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a BBQ. Huge 55” TV and couch. 3 BR - we were a family of 5 adults - 2 couples - was perfect. Scott was very responsive before and during our stay. I would recommend it if you don’t need/want to be in Penticton. Not really a view but it served our purposes.
