Hello, and welcome to The Rock House . This unique home is full of character from floor to ceiling.

Sitting on a quarter acre in a park like setting only 2 blocks from the golden sand beach of Skaha lake.

There is ample parking for your car or truck. This is a non-smoking home. It offers air conditioning, and high speed internet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking supplies. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle.

The king bed is unique and comfortable, perfectly suited to the space. A table for 2, with a large couch that reclines. There is a large walk-in closet with brand new stacking washer/dryer.

The bathroom has a tub and shower, toilet, vanity and linen closet.

The backyard features a child friendly private yard that is neatly kept with beautiful Lilac bushes with vegetables and fruits growing in the garden. There are also patio chairs, a picnic table and a BBQ grill on hand for outdoor lunch or dinner.

The Rock House is located only 2 blocks from Skaha Lake with family friendly amenities, including the nature-based adventure park, junior playground, water park, outdoor fitness area, tennis courts, basketball courts, concession stands, paddle board and jet-ski rentals, not to mention the beautiful golden sand beach!

Penticton getaway

Location was terrific as it was very close to Shaka Lake Park. Celine was very responsive to our requests and questions. Very nicely furnished and equipped. The backyard amenities were terrific.

Property was exactly as shown. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. All amenities that we needed. Issue with hot water was dealt with immediately and rectified. Walking distance to beach, about 2 blocks. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay there. The hosts were very friendly. Lots of places to sit comfortably outside and enjoy the okanagan weather. We’ll stocked kitchen. Great for two people. Enjoyed being able to walk to Skaha Lake. Thank you for having us.

Rockhouse Review

Nice property. Clean. Well maintained. Space worked well for two adults and two small children. The backyard no longer has the swing set from the pictures, but it was a great space for the kids to run around in while meals were being prepared. Nice and quiet being on the Skaha side of town. Really enjoyed our time at the Rockhouse.

Amazing

Fabulous little place, for me and a girl friend to stay for a weekend away from the family. Had everything we needed, a beautiful back yard and just a couple of blocks to the beach!

perfect cozy space for a couple’s getaway

Great location by Skaha Lake. The backyard was great for our little dog to run for her ball. Would be great for kids too, sandbox, trampoline and swings. Lovely little spot!
