He was a very prompt and clear communicator who went out of his way to be helpful when we were looking to store our luggage for the day before checking in. The apartment itself was comfortable and the location was excellent; we could pop down the stairs and be right in the middle of bustling Siena but the apartment wasn’t noisy and we were able to get quiet and restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a great place to stay. Not sure we had to walk much more than 10 minutes to get to all the sites we visited. Keep in mind the info that states there isn’t an elevator. The climb is definitely worth it but not if you have difficulty with stairs. Paolo was a wonderful host, communicated quickly and had good recommendations. Would gladly stay here again!!"

The website shows beautiful views which are from the balconies from the front of the apartment. The views were incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. "Stayed for 2 nights to see Siena. Perfect place for a home base. Parked about 10 minutes before, just outside the restriction zone. Two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. No coffee in the room, coffee shops down the street a few minutes away. Lots to see and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. We recommend it."

"The property is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit in a 17th century building with a fantastic view of the city. The location in the old town is central and very convenient. The property owner maintained excellent contact via whatsapp. Visitors need to be prepared for carrying luggage up 88 stairs, but the effort is worth it. Visitors also need to be aware of the location of the property in a car-free zone, which for us unfortunately was not well marked. I recommend the rental...
