"When we turned up to the property on 22nd May 2025 around 5pm, a landlady, the owner, told us that she had nothing to do with Vbro or Expedia and we had been not booked, and she told us to leave, with no further explanation. I explained that it took us 6 hours to travel from London to there, we supposed to be on a holiday and we booked the few days before, having confirmation and money had been transferred. "In time of COVID-19 it’s different to manage a regular stay. It was an easy check in, our key was in an envelope waiting for us and we were directed to our room. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delivered and left of a tray outside our room daily at 8am. The house is located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and parking was easy along the road, we didn’t struggle to park the whole of our 4 days. Would recommend "

"Amazing spacious property with fabulous sea views in a lovely quiet area but great location. Walking distance to the beach and train station, with regular bus service to St Ives. Great communication with the hosts, Neil & Lisa. Property finished to a very high standard and very well equipped, the owners have thought of everything you might need. Extremely comfortable beds, great en-suites. Wonderful hot tub. Would highly recommend this property and will return. Thank you for a wonderful few days and hope to return next year."
