"The property was very clean well maintained and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would stay there again without a doubt."

"Best place I’ve stayed in Peoria"

"Clean room and refreshed bathroom but"

"The room was 80 degrees when I arrived. Wasn't a bad room though. Pretty clean. Had a great breakfast spread in the mornings. Hot tub was not working."

"Clean room, nice breakfast, good location"

"We liked the friendly staff, clean premises, and ability to get a bite to eat onsite. Our room door did not properly close - it actually didn't latch, so the only way to keep it from opening was the inner lock. That wasn't great, but we were only there for a night's sleep."

"Ice maker was not working. But overall good experience!"

"None of the room are carpeted also even though none smoking still smell like smoke and musty. Once you get by that I worked for the price."

"Was bummed pool and hot tub were out of service."

"Really cute hotel on the water with a outdoorsy vibe. Safe. Quiet. Easy on/off interstate. Breakfast included. Staff was very kind."

"Beautiful place, the room was emmaculent by"

"Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms and shared spaces."

"Very nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the manager happy hour they was offered the day we arrived. Used the hot tub and pool, which were both on the used side but water was clean and clear. Staff was very pleasant."

"As a Bonvoy member, I was upset about an excessive $320 deposit only given to local visitors staying at the property. This seems unreasonable especially for Bonvoy members. Some damage in the room that hadn’t been addressed. Great location. Nice amenities. We were lucky to find street parking, otherwise we would have had to pay $15 per night."

"Everything was good, but had hoped for a slightly better included breakfast as far as protein selection."
