The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!"

"I appreciate the staff friendliness and allowing us to use breakfast area for a brief family gathering in the evening. However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building. That noise all night up until checkout was very annoying and distracting to say the least. I’m just putting it mildly. I’ve stayed at this location before but this was one of the most unsettling, and disappointing places I’ve been. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. Breakfast was good and staff friendly as said. "
