"Beautiful apartment incredibly close to great bars and restaurants, gorgeous architecture, and public transit. The 4th floor apartment requires walking up 6 flights of steep stairs (yes, I said six -- I counted every time I went up), which is hard if you're not in shape. So if you have a hard time with stairs, this might not be for you. Otherwise, it's lovely, surprisingly spacious, and perfectly located."

"Place was very nice. Wouldn’t have stayed if we knew there was no lift. Lifting our baggage up those stairs was terrible. Location was good. Close to tapas bars and public transport. Sink plug leaks."

"Great place for our stay in Barcelona. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, food stores, metro. Great fun walking to the beach for the sunrise over Barcelona. As was noted in other reviews it is a four story house so there are a lot of stairs but it was not a problem for us. May be an issue if you have a car because parking was at a premium but we used the metro everywhere we went. I would recommend this place and the area of Barceloneta for a stay in Barcelona."

"We chose this property as it is close to my friends appartment and we were visiting for Xmas. We loved the area and it is very convenient for getting all over Barcelona. The flat is very basic and quite clean, although the blankets smelt sour so we did not use them. The flat in general could do with a bit more love and attention. The front door does not stay locked unless you double lock the chub lock. No hooks to hang wet towels on, the pillows were not comfortable and only 1 towel per person...

"Carlos was very helpful and professional. The apartment was just as it was pictured. The metro was conveniently located and easy to use so we were able to get to all parts of the city without any trouble. Very enjoyable stay."
