We had an issue with the AC in our initial room and they were very helpful in switching rooms and insuring that we were happy. Breakfast was included and there was a very good range of food items and the cortado coffee was excellent."

"Clean, comfortable room and genuinely lovely staff. They were very patient about our late and delayed check-in, and gave us lots of wonderful details about the area and what to explore. The bathrooms are shared, but there were more than enough — it actually worked out great, since my partner and I could shower at the same time. One of the bathrooms even has a tub. Everything was kept immaculately clean throughout. The room had plenty of places to set things down — good storage, nightstands next to the bed, chairs, and so on. Wi-Fi was solid the whole stay. There's a lovely small balcony that's perfect in the evening, though during the day it gets loud and noisy with traffic. Overall a clean, well-kept spot with standout staff — just be aware of the daytime street noise."
