I was a solo traveller, and from the moment I arrived I was treated as one of their own. All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. The manager Joe recommended what activities were available on the island, they organised for drivers from and back to the hotel. They helped me arrange all activities. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff are amazing. I had a room with ocean view which was so nice."
