"clean room , good breakfast , good value for money, there is no air conditioning. It may be very warm in hot summer days"

"Property isn’t cleaned at all. Our room is dusty and stained. The first 3 days we put on the sign for not disbursed the fourth day we removed that sign requested the receptionist for housekeeping, no one had come. The property itself was built in 2022 but looks like older than that."

"Staff was really friendly they had a cute themed table for army’s attending the BTS concert. Breakfast selection/taste was 10/10."

"Great quiet location at the end of a U and S Bahn line. The convenience to the train, bakery, grocery store, and drug store were wonderful for our week+ stay. The breakfast was a little high priced for what it offered, but it was good. The themed social rooms on each floor was a fun touch, though some were missing items in them. We would come back here again if we come back to Munich."

"Nice place to stay"

"It was spacious apartment hotels. It has swimming pool to cool down although I didn’t use it. The only issue we had there was no air conditioning in the room and the fan in the room was connected to one of the lights in the room and we couldn’t leave it on as light wouldn’t let us sleep so we had to leave the balcony door open and temperature was 36 degrees . We didn’t have time to report the issue."

"Lack of hangers. No coffee making facility"
