Very nice area to go on horseback, carriage, on foot .... Gîte located in the heart of the Perche known for its magnificent manors, landscapes, forests, hills ...
Charming pied-à-terre in the heart of the regional park of Perche, old house built in 1861 in stone, comfortable, with panoramic views, private garden closed without vis-à-vis, superb view on the surrounding countryside, covered terrace with barbecue, garden Lounge.
The cottage, classified 3 ears GDF, is located in an old farmhouse, completely independent and without vis-à-vis, very quiet, with owner nearby
It can accommodate up to 6 people and has a chair and a cot.
Hiking trails nearby including the GR 22, 3 km from the manor of Courboyer Nocé, as well as forests, ponds, recreation center, many opportunities for equestrian walks & walks.
