into the hillside.
It is a quaint open floor plan with one full bathroom. All
linens and towels are provided for your stay, so pack
light -- or bring your winter gear and enjoy the ski
slopes at Whitetail Ski Resort!
There is a long, flat, private, paved driveway.

Exactly as pictured...Totally adorable!!!

My daughter and I stayed here this past weekend. She turned 18 earlier in the month and just committed to a college finally so it was just a little getaway for us but the property is exactly as pictured. Totally adorable!!!! Everything is so clean, quiet and relaxing. No complaints from us whatsoever. We plan on returning for sure!

Cozy Nook

Beautiful place that was peaceful and your own. Had pretty much everything you would need during your stay. The location is truly unique with gorgeous views. Its off the beaten path and peaceful. Just be mindful if you visit with a CCW permit you'll be in MD in no time without warning. We loved our stay.

Cozy, Relaxing, Perfect!

Such an amazing stay, the chalet itself is delightful with its views from the screened in porch and all the thoughtful touches to the cabin. Close to so many great shops, restaurants, and natural spaces! Cacapon State Park and the precious town of Berkeley Springs WV is a must see if you're staying at the Owl Chalet!

Most amazing cabin stay!

Super easy to find, very secluded and private. Beautiful location with amazing views, very pretty in the snow. Cabin was super warm and cozy with everything that we needed. The porch was the best part of the cabin, with lights for night time! Very close to the town of Hancock which had great restaurants and a super market and gas station close by. About 30 minutes to Whitetail ski resort which was awesome!

Great stay!

My husband and I had such a nice, relaxing stay. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch listening to the wildlife. The bed was comfortable. The location is close to everything, yet tucked away and private.

Relaxing Cabin

We very much enjoyed our stay in this little cabin. It was away from everyone, very quiet and peaceful, but still just a short drive to small towns with grocery stores and cafes. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy location with great views. All processes went smoothly.Turing the car around at the end of the long driveway was a little tough but not terrible - might be harder with a large car or truck.

We absolutely loved stay in Owl gateway due to mainly ambience of staying in the woods and beautiful chalet with all you need just for weekend. We strongly recommend any family for a weekend getaway and nature lover.

Perfect Getaway!

The driveway is extremely dangerous and I messed up my rental van really bad trying to turn around in the driveway. The cabin is really nice and in a great location. I grew up in Warfordsburg, but live in Florida. I went to visit my mom and needed a break from the city. This was perfect. There is a cardinal nest right in front of the porch and I watched them and the sunrise/sunset from the porch. It was perfect.

Thanksgiving in the woods

We spent our Thanksgiving weekend in this little cabin sleeping in, reading books, and watching Christmas movies. It was glorious! The close proximity to a grocery store (food lion) was excellent too! 10/10 would recommend.

Secluded piece of Heaven

This place is amazing. Sit on the deck and watch the sun set while wild turkeys scratch arounf for food. Two bald eagles flew around and went to the creek. You cannot help but relax!
