I made new friends! :) However, the village is somewhat isolated unless you have access to a car. The slow pace may well suit some. "Excellent hotel, 7 min by car from the Pereia central area, where you can find many restaurants, cafes. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel where you can get a bus (5 min ride) to IKEA and other shops. 10 min from the airport. Mr George and his father are an amazing people, always ready to help. The hotel staff are great and friendly."
