"We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. "The villa is absolutely stunning & our stay was an amazing experience. We had a small wedding ceremony with our guests followed by a home cooked Italian dinner which was the most perfect evening. Cate & her family were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Cate made our stay stress-free and was more than happy to help organise anything we may have needed for our stay. "Great villa for lager groups with great view. Very quite location. The road towards the villa is a bit narrow and makes going for a quick grocery trip a bit less easy. The beds and bathrooms are great although from the description we did not deduct that two rooms share a bathroom and are directly connected. The kitchen downstairs is well equipped but a bit small to accommodate 1 large group sharing the whole property. The host and her sister took great care of us and really nice to be able to...

"We received almost no assistance from the the host. Road to property was washed out and bearly passable. Property was dirty, moldy and spider infested. The mold caused breathing issues to my wife who has an allergy to mold, as well as with 3 others of our traveling companions. There was no possible way we could safely stay there.
