Tenuta lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil.
Six old farmhouses named Casale La Valle, Casale Presciano, Casale Il Giglio, Casale il Loggiato Cottage il Noce and Poggio alle Case, located on the land of the Estate La Pieve have been charmingly restored.

Cottage Il Noce is an independent barn surrounded by 3 hectars of fields and land and with a lovely small swimming pool (8x4 meters, seasonal opening).
It's about 100 square meters.On ground floor there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (double on request), bathroom with shower and bathroom with toilet. On the upper floor there is a large living room and kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), one double bedroom. From the living room there is a doorway to the nice pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Satellite tv and washing machine.
The prices include the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool (seasonal opening) Wi-fi internet connection available for free. Pets are allowed. To pay extra on the premises: central heating in winter, air conditioning (available in the bedrooms only), final cleaning , baby cot on request. Key deposit 100€ and tourist tax must be paid cash upon arrival.

Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in den Weinhügeln

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Pool war so viel Wert und den Kindern und uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool wäre schöner mit einer Beleuchtung. Tatsächlich müsste der Pool jedoch an den Rändern dringend repariert werden, da die Befestigung am Rand ein Verletzungsrisiko darstellt. Und ich gehöre nicht zu den Leuten, die auf so etwas sehr achten. Ansonsten tolle Lage, wie wir uns das in der Toskana vorgestellt haben. Bad usw könnte mal eine Renovierung erhalten. Und eine Bitte, reparieren Sie bitte die Moskitonetze. Ein kleiner Schritt aber mit ganz viel Wirkung.
