"Mr Papazian est un hôte très arrangeant et accueillant, le studio, fonctionnel, est lumineux et bien situé à 15mn à pied du front de mer, idéal pour rejoindre mon club de plongée.Cela dit certains équipements ont du vécu et mériteraient d’être remplacés, le canapé lit aussi. Nous avons échangé à ce propos, et malgré cela nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une très bonne communication avec notre hôte, qui a su se rendre disponible et même me déposer en voiture au supermarché à mon arrivée...

"Nous avons séjourné une nuit pour un spectacle au stade vélodrome, l’emplacement est parfait mais bcp de difficulté pour se garer. Suffisant pour une nuit, le logement est au sous sol et sent énormément l’humidité. Il ne faut pas être clostrophobe la sdb est minuscule et les ouvertures fenêtres sont condamnés par des barreaux . "

"Property is conveniently situated close to amenities including a beach. The bus route is also great to get to downtown with ease. From the check in to saying farewell, the property owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Property was perfect for all our needs with all the necessities at hand. We were even treated to lovely local wine and treats that was unexpected. Would definitely recommend to anyone for future visits to Marseille."

"Laurent’s flat was exactly as pictured. It was clean, spacious, and overall a great place to stay. The building had secure access which required a key for entry. It was very quiet and close to the metro. I’d definitely stay here again."
