"We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

"Nous avons occupé le logement à 4 (2 adultes 2 grands ados) en pleine canicule. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une clim (très très utile) uniquement dans le salon (dommage pour la partie chambre parentale / douche) - un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop en période de forte chaleur. "This unit is in a great area of Périgueux, just across the river from the centre of the city. I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the cathedral and the market held in that part of town; there are restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops near the cathedral; an easy walk to the Intermarché for my supplies; an even easier walk to a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie (try the croissant for sure, the best I have had in a long time). "We thought this place was wonderful. The living/dining room was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a balcony looking over the ruins of the nunnery and the town. Bed and bath were very nice, and I appreciated the washer. Caroline was helpful, and brought peaches from her garden: delicious. One caveat: 2nd floor means "climb 2 long flights of stairs"."

"Très bon séjour appartement très propre. Le canapé est très confortable. Il y a juste deux points négatifs le premier et qu’il n’y a pas Internet et ça je ne sais pas comment on peut aujourd’hui faire sans Internet. Ça a été très compliqué pour moi même pour téléphoner dans la rue il n’y a pas de connexion c’est très difficile et ensuite la vue sur la prison c’est pas top top top mais sinon très bien. "

Apartment is quite large, well furnished, perfectly located near the historic center and only a short walk to the train station. Very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. "Emplacement idéale pour visiter la région. A deux pas de Périgueux et de la voie verte pour se promener et faire des randonnées et du VTT (parcours de trail). La propriétaire très gentille et elle a su répondre rapidement à nos besoins. Location au 1er étage d'une maison très spacieuse, bien aménagée. Le plus : draps et lingeries compris dans le prix et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Je recommande cette location Merci Christiane."

"Apartment was a bit dated, but overall a great location, off-site parking and the owners are so lovely and caring! Perfect for 2 people and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. Highly recommend. Périgueux is a great town."
