"Came here for a 3 night 2 day stay booked out through Expedia. The area is very nice, safe and clean. The hotel is clean and you rarely see anyone. I didn’t eat at the dining but I went there in the morning during buffet time and it was empty and any time I’d walk past “The Barrel Room” it was empty so not sure how the food is here. They do have a Starbucks on site but they don’t have all the items on a regular Starbucks menu, however you can definitely get your coffee and pastry. They are also close by some shopping area. The only down side I have with them is that in my booking out said parking was included but upon checkout the Receptionist said I had to pay for parking. I told him it was included in my booking reservation and that’s why I had book with them in the first place. The receptionist was very understanding and was able to remove the parking charges. Edit: 05/14/26 The parking fees was in fact not removed and I was charged $50 for parking and when I called Hyatt to remove the charges, I was told it was not gonna be removed. The hotel overall was good…. However, parking is not included and you’ll be charged a separate fee."
