"We have been here several times in the past and I have to say this was the best its ever been. Multiple snack/food places to get food. Management walking around keeping the pool area orderly. The rooms were clean. The grounds were clean. Very impressed with the Paradise Pier area. First time visiting this area of the resort. We brought 3 teenage girls and they had a blast. The negative would be no microwave in the rooms and no fresh towels daily without having to ask."

"Our stay ar Hyatt Place Biloxi did not go as well as it could have, after booking through expedia for what we thought was an ocean view room, we were placed on the back side of the property in a room with a view of a local graveyard. We requested to have our room changed but were denied because we booked through expedia and not directly with the hotel. This was disappointing because my wife and I chose to stay at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary. The TV in the room had no way of.accessing our streaming services so we were stuck with basic directtv. So overall we are disappointed in the room. This hotel had a good breakfast and a nice heated pool and hot tub. I do not recommend booking this hotel through expedia because they will not allow you to make changes to your room, which we were informed by the lady at the front desk that we could have gotten a room with ocean view like we wanted for only $15 more... Noone we talked to seemed to care that this put a huge damper on our anniversary celebration, staff at this hotel are rude."

"Workers were very pleasant. My refrigerator stopped working the first night, but it did start working again. There was never enough breakfast for the amount of guest, & everyday they ran out of food Well before breakfast was over. The hallways did not smell very clean and the carpets felt weird to walk on almost as if stuff was on the carpets. The beds also were not comfortable. Something looked like it was killed on the bedskirt of my bed. Was a blood spot on the bed closest to the window."

"Very bad experience, needed handicap accessible, got there late because of rain, room was already paid for (3) rooms 2 handicapped. Rooms had been given away, rooms given were not handicapped accessible, even though I had 95 & 89 years old mom and aunt and wheelchair friend with me for mother’s trip to eat at casino buffet. Had to leave in rain and fog because no accommodations. They said money would be refunded and now they are denying refund. This is a not for elderly because I was not told complete truth at reservation call says before I arrived, was not told truth the night they gave me the other rooms. The policy is even though room is paid for you are not guaranteed room if you are not there for check/ in time. I will never return here for anything, please by pass this untrusted establishment and go to Silver Slipper."
