The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"Excellent location. Clean and easy. Good grocery stores and restaurants in the area, even a small dog park. The market, the harbor and the old town are within walking distance. I also recommend visiting other towns in the area, such as Pellaggio. The apartment is as described, beautiful, but for example the coffee tables in the living room are impractical, the teacup does not stay upright, let alone the wine glass. The kitchen, bed, washing machine and terrace are excellent. The bakery...

"Wir haben das Haus zum zweitem Mal als Zwischenstop genutzt. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Lage sind prima, Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Objekt. Das Flair passt zum Comer See, wir fanden es sehr schön! Vielen Danke!"

"Property was wonderful and in a scenic location but being there without a car limited our access to the lake itself. Would highly recommend to guests with a car but would choose something closer to train station if traveling by public transport"
