a safe house of 60 square meters. a kitchen living room connected to the terrace with a beautiful view of the lake, a double bedroom with all possible comforts with a double bed and a bunk bed to accommodate 4 people in need, the rooms have ceiling fans, full bathroom and service area with washing machine and dishwasher -THE HOUSE is surrounded by cypress olive trees and centuries-old fir trees, directly overlooking the lake with the splendid scenery animated by sailboats and ferries that leave from Varenna for beautiful menaggio and the beautiful villages resting on the shores of the lake , the center of the lake, the beaches, villa Carlotta, villa Monastero and Cipressi, villa Balbaniello etc.
