Fantastic breakfast and hospitality (our host was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had whatever we needed). Great to have a place to park off the street too. "It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"We enjoyed our stay here -- it's a nice house with a great view, and we appreciated being able to use it as a base for exploring this part of the country. We had no concerns at all -- everything about the property was exactly as described. The remoteness is part of the appeal -- though it does mean that it's not easy to pop out to a shop for something you might have missed/forgotten. With good planning, it's a really appealing place."
