About this property
Fully equipped studio with parking and balcony in secure residence
5 minutes from downtown and direct access to the beaches, pleasant 30m2 studio recently tastefully renovated on the 7th floor with elevator. The balcony accessible by a large picture window has an unobstructed view of the mountains and it is possible to have meals there. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and hob and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is also a closet for plenty of storage, sheets and towels are provided.
