The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every amenity—from plush robes to high-end bath products—made us feel pampered. The pool area was a highlight. With plenty of lounge chairs, poolside service, and direct beach access, it was easy to spend the entire day unwinding in the sun. The hotel even provides complimentary loungers on the beach, and the attendants were helpful and attentive. What truly sets Loews apart is the staff. Every person we interacted with, from the concierge to housekeeping, was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable."
