"We were very happy with our stay at the cozy cabin. The place is extremely clean, very private and the grounds were amazing too! Enjoyed the outside grill on the deck as well. All the horses and cows were fun to watch and the pond with the fountain was so peaceful. I would have loved to stay another night (we stayed 2 nights) on our trip to Niagara Falls and Letchworth. The bed is as soft and comfortable as it looks in the picture."

"We loved our stay at Deer Creek Acres. The house was immaculate. Very clean, cozy, and secluded. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed. In addition to Letchworth State Park, we also highly recommend visiting Stoneybrook State Park. The sights are spectacular. Deer Creek Acres is truly a gem. We liked it so much, we asked the host if we could stay an additional night and she graciously obliged. One small thing - the water is hard with lots of iron and a slight sulphur smell....

"We are a family of 4. The cabin was much more than we expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect. A few minutes from Stony Brook State Park and not far from Letchworth. Close enough to stores but very quiet, private and secluded. The wifi and AC worked great. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Book it!"

"A very nice place to stay. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable furnishings. Tho we were called back on an urgent matter and had to cut our trip short, I’m certain I’d like to return to this cottage and make up for the time lost Thank you"

"Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the Gate House! The location can’t be beat for its proximity to the Perry entrance of Letchworth Park, and for its beautiful quiet setting and grounds. My husband especially loved reading beside the fire and gazing at the magnificent stars visible with the backyard light turned off. "First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. And Mr Owner refrigerator is leaking water need to fix. Thank you for your service."
