"Ideal location in the middle of downtown Hot Springs! The condo was exactly as pictured. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had evening we needed to cook and eat in. "

"The unit was clean in the exception of the base boards, there was a dead fly next to the lamp and dusty by the bed. The bed was not comfortable! I could not sleep well due to the mattress sinking my partner and I in the middle of the mattress. My partner woke up with his back hurting. We were disturbed at nine o'clock A.M. by housekeepers when check out was not till 11. On a positive note...there were clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash available! The AC unit worked extremely...
