Welcome to the Letchworth Gate House!!

This secluded property places you at the doorstep of Letchworth State Park in Western NY, less than one hour from Niagara Falls and Finger Lakes Wineries.

This charming 1500 sq. ft. countryside home is fully furnished for your convenience including bed & bath linens, kitchenware and laundry room. In addition to the living space, the basement recreation room includes a pool table, ping pong table and Foosball for those occasional rainy days.

Enjoy fun filled days exploring Letchworth Park, Niagara Falls or visiting local shops & eateries. You may just find the most memorable part of your visit will be relaxing with family and good friends around the soft glow of a campfire.

Letchworth State Park renowned as the "Grand Canyon of the East," is one of the most scenically magnificent areas in the eastern U.S. The Genesee River roars through the gorge over three major waterfalls between cliffs--as high as 600 feet in some places--surrounded by lush forests. Hikers can choose among 66 miles of hiking trails. Trails are also available for horseback riding, biking, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

Letchworth offers nature, history and performing arts programs, guided tours, whitewater rafting, kayaking, a pool for swimming and hot air ballooning.

Letchworth Park won the USA TODAY’s Readers' Choice Award for Best State Park in the United States!

Family Getaway
We all enjoyed your location in Perry for our annual Memorial Day weekend to meet up with other family members. My family has gone to Letchworth State Park ever since I can remember on the Sunday before Memorial Day! Your Gate House place was everything we needed and more! Your basement area which was well equipped with fooseball, pool table, shuffleboard, games etc. was a big hit by all. The basketball area which was outside was a big hit as well! Our dog was so happy to swim in the pond! The back yard was beautiful! Unfortunately we didn’t have time to have a fire outside but did enjoy some time sitting outside around the (unlit) fire pit!

Letchworth getaway
This property has everything you need to enjoy a visit to Letchworth State Park. It's located in a very quiet area just outside the Perry entrance to the park, and gas/groceries are a 10 minute drive away. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the outdoor firepit or the game room in the basement, but those are nice amenities that make this a really special property. Thanks Ron!

Great location for access to Letchworth. It IS immediately outside the gate, no exaggeration! Also far enough from town and neighbors to provide a relaxing time away, but close enough to town in case you forget something for your trip.

Family Weekend Trip
We had a perfect weekend away, with grandparents and college age kids! The house was the situated in on a beautiful piece of land. We had the best time visiting Letchworth State park, visiting our son at Geneseo, and enjoyed many of the local restaurants. The downstairs game room was definitely the perfect way for us to end our busy days.

Letchworth in the backyard
The house is located in a very peaceful country setting. Letchworth State Park Perry Entrance was literally a quarter of a mile down the road. Nice quaint little house.

Perfectly located in a cute town at Cusp of Let hworth State Park
Had a great competitive game night first night there with fireside fun. Saturday a rainy afternoon at Letchworth State Park with dinner on the patio and family fun/birthday celebration around an extended dining room table. October rainy weekend and was the best weekend for all of us. You could be self contained at the house with the game room and oversized kitchen/living space. Town of Perry had great options for outdoor activities breaking from realities of life. Host was readily available and pleasant. Best, best, best stay with no disappointments!
