"Had a great vacation with my brother and his wife. Sitting out on the lower concrete pad looking at the water was absolutely amazing. Spent a lot of hours there. The cottage was clean however there were a lot of daddy long legs. It is very hard to get into the cabin if you have a disability or balance issues, there are no railings. The two steps in the front of the cottage are steep for someone with a disability and we had to use the kitchen door to go in and out, steps aren’t as steep, since there were no railings to hold onto. We put one of the kitchen chairs along the deck to use it as a handrail for balance and feeling secure. I wasn’t too fond of paying for an accidental insurance which forced me to do in order to book. This was the first time that has happened in all of my renting experiences. It took us a while to get used to having no coverings on the windows at night as someone previously commented that you feel like you’re in a fishbowl. We grilled out on the concrete pad four nights, which was awesome to be cooking along the water. The grill was in great shape. My brother told me the day we were checking out that this was one of his best vacations. I agree. The outdoor area is amazing."
