"Heat was running, but room was still cold"

"All good except for bedding. Bottom sheets don’t stay on bed. What is it about New York City hotels that they don’t believe in fitted bottom sheets? So when you lie down and the mattress squishes your bottom sheet falls inward and doesn’t stay put.. Or if you’re restless and put your arms under your pillow, it pulls the bottom sheet away also. So you end up sleeping on the mattress pad. Also interesting that there aren’t blankets . I appreciate that they’re not gross unwadhable blankets, but I would think a thick insert in a duvet would make more sense."

"I was greeted by the staff with a smile and welcoming attitude. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable . Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. If no one hasn’t told you this before I will, THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and the elevators were not working. The first night we called down to the desk because we went to leave and couldn’t. We were in the 20th floor. They said the elevators were broken and to use the stairs. We said that is 20 flights and I have a medical condition where I cannot walk far. They just said sorry that’s all you can do. So we were stuck in the hotel all night!!!!!! We were only in NYC for 2 nights and paid a lot of money to be here!! They couldn’t have cared less. It was just an awful experience. Staff seemed unbothered. Awful awful just don’t "
