"I was in Perth for a family reunion in early June 2025 that was held in Stewart Park, right across the street from this VRBO rental. This area of Perth is very historic, with the Tay canal running right behind the rental unit. The rental unit was excellent - lots of dishes, good TV, large fridge, good air conditioning, and an excellent view of the street and the park. Very good location, with many shops and cafe's nearby. Great unit !"

"This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. There were a couple of details from the posting that needed to be updated for clarity, but they were fairly minor, and the owner was quick to respond. I would DEFINITELY return here again, and look forward to my next trip to Perth!"
