This older property is so well appointed, staffed and managed. Our room was fully modern yet not sterile feeling, and the en suite shower perfect for us - order in advance. In addition, the dinner fare at their restaurant was excellent. Located on the South Inch, with an easy walk to city centre. I regret that we only had a two-day stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Hotel had free self parking, our room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently renovated. Great outside space, grounds were well manicured and provided a lovely place to sit with a drink. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel and staff were lovely. It is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. The garden in the front is nice to sit out or walk through. Just note it is adjacent to the train and a busy road along one side and the train is very noisy. It does die down later in the evening but starts up early in the morning.

The Parklands is a lovely old Victorian property with modern facilties which do not compromise its character in any way. The staff were very helpful. The food was lovely. The train station is 300 yards away, but walled off so theres no sound from there. I would return.

The whole atmosphere in and around the hotel was excellent, we travelled by bus to Perth and had chosen the Parklands Hotel for the fact it was a 5 minute walk to ot. The receptionist made us very welcome and allowed us to enter our room 2 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. We did have dinner on the first night of our stay and was very pleased with not only the food we were served but also the service by the waitress and the way she looked after us. We were also upgraded from the original double room we had booked up to a king-sized room which was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Overall our stay was very relaxed, just the way we had wanted it to be. WE WILL RETURN

The rooms are newly renovated, very cozy, excellently equipped and very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a large parking lot and the hotel is close to the train station.

Lovely one night stay.

We stayed one night at Parklands Hotel. Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. Situated on the edge of The Inch park and a short walk into town. Large free car park out the front on hotel, in which we were able to keep our car the next day. Would stay here again.

This boutique hotel was absolutely adorable! It is right beside the park, and within walking distance to basically everything you might need. Although we didn't dine at their on-site restaurant, (we chose to explore and dine at other local restaurants), the dining area looked wonderful! We would gladly return for another stay, and definitely recommend!

This was a very nice hotel for a short stay. It is just a few minutes from the station, and the centre of Perth is no more than a 10 minute walk. The shower room was new and worked well - good water pressure - and the room although a bit small, was entirely adequate for our needs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would stay again when next in Perth.
