"Beautiful hotel in a perfect setting in old town Cusco. Only a few minutes walk to the main plaza and about 10 minutes to the markets. Walking the streets around there are a multitude of shops, restaurants, bars and so many beautiful streets and sites. A minor complaint is the rooms are a bit dated in regards to decor and places to plug in your tech, but it’s fine. Very clean. The staff around the hotel (bag handlers, welcome staff, servers) are VERY attentive. I found the front desk, although they would get the job done, were less friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet large and had everything you could want.
Word of warning, don’t bother with the on site “massage” company. The massage is just a weird back rub with essential oils and we were told and paid for a deep tissue. It is not the same company as the hotel but I might have expected they would house a company with higher standards."
