We were quite early in the season (beginning of October), so perhaps we should not have been surprised to be the only hotel guests - but we certainly got lots of attention! "Nous aimerions faire une’ reclamation. Nous avons paye une chambre premium avec bain hors nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude. Le personnel a tenté de réparer le problème mais sans y parvenir. Nous avions pris cette chambre pour la baignoire ( j avais d ailleurs annulé une première réservation de la catégorie inférieur, même vue mais sans baignoire, pour avoir la chance de prendre un bain devant la vue de’la cascade. J aimerais donc être remboursé de la différence. C est à dire de me faire...

"It was a short stay. We landed at around 3 am and did not want to hit the roads in the middle of the night. And we decided to stay overnight at the airport Marriott. The chauffeur Vishnu was very patient with us as we had to wait for a bit pick up a piece of baggage that we forgot. Check-in was a breeze with Faizan who insisted that we have a late check out option arranged for and he was definitely right. Thanks again. Will be back. We didn't get to use the pool as it was pouring outside but it looked wonderful and well maintained."
