It's not a heartless and soulless holiday home: it was my home as a young bride and I furnished it by choosing the best furnishings to make it unique.
It's located in via Galilei, a quiet, tree-lined street, located a few steps from Piazza Redi where you can find all the basic necessities, with a 5-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk you can reach the historic center and the sea.
The apartment is 90 square meters large, spread over 2 floors, is located in a family building, on the first floor but with a comfortable and easy to walk staircase; the neighbors are lovely, quiet and helpful people.
Entering the house on the left you will find a comfortable eat-in kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, illuminated by a beautiful window.
Adjacent to the kitchen, entering the house, on the right there is a large living room with double sofa bed, overlooking a delightful terrace where you can enjoy moments of relaxation lulled by the chirping and quiet of Via Galilei.
In the middle of the corridor leading to the sleeping area is the bathroom, equipped with a large shower, a comfortable "anchovy" model sink and bathroom fixtures, all of design.
The two bedrooms are large, spacious, with large windows, one with two single beds that can be joined and a large wardrobe, the other with a double bed, a large and prestigious walk-in closet and the space needed to add a camping cot for children.
Going up the stairs you arrive in a large attic equipped with TV, large desk, comfortable sofa, all lit by two large velux windows.
Everything you will find in the house is new, therefore all the equipment in the kitchen (cups, mugs, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, ladles), the linen in the bedrooms and bathrooms, the pillows, the sheets, the blankets and the towels.
The house is clean, ready to welcome you!
