"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food...

"This property is well run with friendly staff who know how to please their guests. A great breakfast every day for 16 consecutive days at this wellness hotel without noisy kids was a delight for us. We were supposed to be on a cruise but an accident happened to my wife enroute which meant this hotel was our bolt hole for recovery of a displaced hip. "Accommodation basic but clean and had what we needed - bear in mind that you’ll need to pay to hire sheets and towels if not bringing them. Pool was good and site right next to Lake Garda, near the beach and a couple of bars. We enjoyed a few days there."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The charming building has well appointed rooms - nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. We were traveling by car and they helped us with instructions for parking and getting the shuttle to and from the hotel. The breakfast was served in the restaurant nearby and was excellent. We would definitely stay there again."
