Place was poorly maintained. Shower tiles had black mold, shower door did not shut all the way. Water leaked out to floor. Faucet fixture was broken though it worked, looked very dilapidated. Tiles were missing. Walls were very thin. Can hear anyone pushing their room codes in and conversations. Housekeeping was also noisy as they move their carts and walk around. Front desk staff were not hospitable. They barely noticed when we stepped in or out. No greeting whatsoever. Few hangers in wardrobe. No bathroom storage. No bedside tables for storage. Breakfast was little to none. Same everyday. The coffee was very poor. Cheese and meat items were also poor quality. Pastries appeared store bought. This place should be 1 star. Went to Rimini overnight and stayed in a 2 star hotel by the sea and was way better than B&B Hotel. It was clean and had plenty of lighting and storage. Plus they had huge buffet for breakfast. Would not stay here again. We do not recommend staying here. Location was good because it’s walking distance to everything like train and bus stations to shopping and restaurants, bars and cafes. Only reason we did not move to another hotel was the location.

The hotel and its rooms are average not horrible at all but not one I would come back. I have found hairs on bed linen and room was very basic would be nice extra pillow. It could do with renovating the rooms I guess if the price was a little less it would match. The staff were amazing and that is all of them! All with a smile and the breakfast was ok . Thank you

The room was clean, the shower had some mold. Bed was comfy, staff was nice. Parking MUST BE RESERVED before check in or take your chances on the street. There is no mention of this on the hotel description! Walkable and good location.

Room and property is clean. Bed is horrible. Room AC doesn't work and room is way too hot. When you open window, emergency stairs RIGHT NEXT TO IT which makes intruder easily come in. Noise outside is very loud. Wall is too thin you can hear water flushing from next room or water piling up in the toilet very easily. Window doesn't have any screen. Staff got better towards our end of stay but hotel should've notified us of city wide water shut down ahead of time especially announcement was done 2+ weeks before our arrival. (To give us a choice to go somewhere else due to no water) We couldn't shower 2 days. First day, they we need to buy water from then to brush teeth 🙄 amenities: they sell EVERYTHING. and they close by. 23:00 so if you needed anything you are screwed.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. The room was clean and the staff at the time were kind. We enjoyed breakfast. There were also Gluten Free options and that was fantastic for our family. This past weekend was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel - ever. And I won’t be back. We booked two rooms (family of 6) and paid for breakfast. We showed up to check in around 2-2:30PM (we live in another town so it took us a few hours to train down to Pescara.) The lady at the front desk would not take my Italian issued ID. My husband and I are both permanent legal residents in Italy. He is an EU citizen (Netherlands) but has an Italian ID card. I am not an EU citizen (American) and the lady at the desk refused to let me stay even though I have a legal government issued ID from Italy saying that I am a legal permanent resident in Italy. I’ve stayed at hotels with this ID before - all over Italy. Mainly because we are Italian residents (legally) with legal Italian IDs… and we’ve never had an issue. She refused to help us. We couldn’t train home and back to get passports - which we don’t need because we are legal Italian residents with the properly issued IDs - and get a train back to Pescara - there are no trains leaving that late from where we live. In short we were left hurt, disappointed and rudely spoken to- she was rude to our children. We had just enough time to grab some dinner and train home on the last train. If we didn’t get that train we would have had to … sleep

Wouldn't stay again.

A lovely friendly welcome. On arrival we were asked if we wanted to pay for breakfast, so I asked if they had options I could eat without any gluten or dairy. I was told they had plenty of options I could eat, so we paid. The room was ok but nothing special and the bed was also just ok. Out of the 12 hotels we had stayed in on this trip, this was actually the most disappointing. However, it was breakfast that really disappointed. There was just one lemon cake that was gluten and dairy free and that was it. A very expensive disappointment. The only apology I got was when I told the receptionist that she should have told me that was all they had. No offer of a partial refund either. However, even without allergies, the food is pretty dire! The few oranges left in the fruit bowl looked like they had been sat there for weeks, the egg must be prepackaged as they couldn't make any fresh and tdont have much in the way of a kitchen

Unable to participate in breakfast, as we had an early flight out. A/C worked well, our room was good. Our Balcony was in need of paint. Aurora checked us in, great employee, retain and promote. She managed to secure a taxi, when all the taxi’s in Pescara could not be reached by phone.
