We had difficulty finding the property, and the COVID check-in procedures were a bit excessive. Parking is 300 meters away and lugging suitcases 2 flights wasn't expected. Room was small but very charming, A/C was welcome. Bathroom small, prepare to walk in then back out.

Si tratta di un bed and breakfast senza breakfast, senza personale in accoglienza e al check out, non economico, in un appartamento in buone condizioni ricavato in un palazzetto condominiale in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla stazione FS, probabilmente la ragione più sostanziale per le scelta.

One night in Pescara

Just a one night stay here, great location close to beach and also the bars and restaurants in town. The Bedroom and bathroom are well designed and look newly new and everything is very clean. Host support was outstanding. Recommended.

Good value, central position, nice room

First time in Pescara, area was excellent and location of hotel was perfect, centre of town near beach, restaurants, shops,, etc. Room a little compact, could have done with more storage space. Lacked a bit of personal contact with the owner but overall very good.

Location was perfect for us. Close to the beach, train/bus station and a variety of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed having our breakfast and evening cocktail on the balcony. A bigger mini fridge would have been good but otherwise Maison Fleurie met all our needs!

It’s right in the centre of Pescara and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Surprisingly quiet and really good value for money. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Pescara.

Intimate, ideal and so very convenient! Perfect!

This lovely B&B is in a terrific location, minutes from the train station and the sea, on a pedestrian area so walking around is easy! Plenty of good dining options just a few steps away. The hotel has 5 rooms, so you are not surrounded nor overwhelmed by other guests. It was quiet, clean, convenient and offered a wonderful breakfast! The room was really nicely decorated and offered everything that one could need. A wonderful choice for a holiday in Pescara!

Great location, very helpful staff .

Cleanest room I've ever stayed in . Great central location, five minutes from beach and right in the heart of the wonderful shops. Room wasn't huge but had everything you would need. Breakfast was lovely, fresh pastries and cakes and lovely coffee made fresh by Daniella . The staff were friendly and helpful. Pescara is a great place for a week end away and I would definitely recommend Maison Fleurie!

Good place but no reception. I arrived and nobody was there . I had to call and someone led me on the phone to find the hidden key. Bit strange Room very comfortable but a bit small This is the only thing. Apart from that it is a perfect place to visit pescara

Pescaras nya botiquehotel!

En liten gnistrande diamant på gångavstånd till den vackra stranden i Pescara. Outstanding service och mycket tillmötesgående personal och ägarfamilj. Genomtänkt design och det där lilla extra i varje detalj. Lugnt och vackert läge på en av stans trevligaste gator. Säkert och tryggt även för den som reser ensam! Rekomenderas varmt!

This hotel is located only a few hundred meters from the beach front, so easy to walk to your favorite beach club. There are so many trendy bars & restaurants surrounding the hotel to go to of an evening. The hotel is fully renovated, with the newest and most modern amenities. I enjoyed the easy access chip key, it added extra security and its very convenient. the owners are very professional & insist on delivering the guests an incredible home like experience
