- Would you like to spend your vacation in the heart of Pescara while staying in a wonderful place? Welcome to Domus Delia! An elegant residence on the second floor of a building located in the center of Pescara, near the pedestrian zone and just a few meters from the sea. The fully renovated 130-square-meter apartment features a spacious 35-square-meter living area with an open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of which are double bedrooms, all equipped with a 55-inch TV and air conditioning), 2 full bathrooms with windows, and 3 balconies.
I was born in Pescara, where I currently live. I have a law degree and have been a freelance professional in the financial sector—specializing in mortgages and loans—for about 20 years. Excellent relationships are the foundation of my success, and I’ll strive to do the same in this new venture. Kindness, courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism are essential, in addition to offering a product that satisfies the customer. I love my city and the sea. My motto? Always aim for the best! The apartment is located in a very central area with all the amenities you could need, right next to the pedestrian zone where you’ll find bars, restaurants, and shops. In just 5 minutes, you can reach the waterfront, where you’ll find well-equipped beaches and beach clubs offering all kinds of dishes—especially pizza, seafood, and excellent meat. The building’s central location makes it easy to walk along the main streets and reach the beach. Parking is available both for free and for a fee.
