"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "We had a fantastic experience at this property. All the booking and payments went very smoothly and we found the property easily and were met by Elisetta. The location is absolutely stunning!!! Beautiful views from the terrace facing onto the sunset every evening! The pool and beach facilities at the hotel were also great, for both us and our kids (age 11 and 8). The property was also well equipped with everything we needed. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and would love to come back...

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"The property itself is beautiful and provides expensive views of the sea. However, within five minutes of our arrival, we were asked if we needed towels )um, yes?). We were then charged 10 euro for a few threadbare towels. The screens were taped together and ineffective against mosquitoes. We were told not to drink the tapwater at the cottage and not even one small bottle of water was provided to hold us over until we could get back to town. Cottage needs maintenance and minimal stocking."

This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"My family (3 adults and 4 kids aged 3-11) stayed at I Tetti for a week at the end of May and we had the most wonderful time. The house ist beautiful, decorated with great taste and high quality, the view is simply amazing and the location could not be more excellent and peaceful. We loved the beach club just a short walk from the house, the hotel with its excellent drinks and food a mere 3 minutes walk from the house. Mariolina, the homeowner, is most welcoming, very responsive and attended to...

"We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…"

"Incredible place to stay for a few days. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with tastefully furnished rooms/suites. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast with everything you could possibly want! Beautiful pools and restaurant/bar area. Food in the restaurant was excellent, quite pricey but worth a splurge. Was my second time staying and it’s just as good as I remembered. Best bit: they grow cherry tomatoes all around the property and you are encouraged to help yourself- which we did! You can’t beat home grown tomatoes 🍅 "

"The property was amazing, the staff were the most helpful of all the places we visited in Spain and Italy on our trip. I didn’t know we needed a car to visit this area and transport was arranged and the owner himself picked us up and dropped us off for a reasonable fee. This is a must see area. "

Rejuvenated!

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. The food was pricey but delicious. They had a great spread for breakfast and we left every meal full and happy. We also had a couples massage that was wonderful. They really listened to our preferences and gave great massages (one deep tissue and one Swedish massage). 10/10 recommend coming here at least once. We hope to return!"
