Beautiful views from the terrace facing onto the sunset every evening! The pool and beach facilities at the hotel were also great, for both us and our kids (age 11 and 8). The property was also well equipped with everything we needed. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and would love to come back...

We were then charged 10 euro for a few threadbare towels. The screens were taped together and ineffective against mosquitoes. We were told not to drink the tapwater at the cottage and not even one small bottle of water was provided to hold us over until we could get back to town. Cottage needs maintenance and minimal stocking."

This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"My family (3 adults and 4 kids aged 3-11) stayed at I Tetti for a week at the end of May and we had the most wonderful time. The house ist beautiful, decorated with great taste and high quality, the view is simply amazing and the location could not be more excellent and peaceful. We loved the beach club just a short walk from the house, the hotel with its excellent drinks and food a mere 3 minutes walk from the house. Mariolina, the homeowner, is most welcoming, very responsive and attended to...

"We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. "We had a wonderful stay in Gianluca’s house. The place is an oasis of peace and tranquility amidst nature, with breathtaking views of the Monte Argentario coast. The garden has sun as well as natural shade from the (scented) pine trees throughout the day. There is access (by car) to the private (!) beaches of Scorpaciate and La Canelle (only 5 minutes drive; private parking and beach front dining) and to the Sassi Verde beach right below the house (well accessible by foot via a narrow downhill...

"The convent is a lovely, large 16th century building which we shared as a family of 11 for 2 weeks and found it heavenly. The house is very interesting, fun and the bathrooms are a bit rustic (which adds to it's charm) but the garden is perfection. So beautiful, peaceful, fragrant and the yoga platform inspired me to do yoga every morning looking across the valley at Mount Amiata in the distance. The family used the pool every day. Sandy, the live in housekeeper, is charming and was a big help...

Rejuvenated!

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. The food was pricey but delicious. They had a great spread for breakfast and we left every meal full and happy. We also had a couples massage that was wonderful. They really listened to our preferences and gave great massages (one deep tissue and one Swedish massage). 10/10 recommend coming here at least once. We hope to return!"
