"Modern comfortable hotel , very conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the historic centre of Caceres .Free parking in secure underground facility , and our experience was also enhanced by free upgrade to a larger room . "Reception is manned 24/7 which is not always the case with hotels/hostels in Spain. Room was spotless and the hotel is so convenient to walk to the Old Town area and shopping. Would gladly stay here again."

"Good hotel if you are passing by. The rooms are fairly good, although the pillows were bad. The hotel was quite noisy during the night. If you plan to visit old Plasencia, you’ll need to drive there. "

Old Spanish charm

"Comfortable overnight stop. Old Spanish charm . There is on street parking but streets are narrow around the Casa. On arrival you need to contact the signora for entry and she does not speak English but uses a phone app effectively. We were fortunate that a Spanish couple used our phone to contact her . Breakfast was fruit, toast and coffee which is all you need to start the day . There are no other refreshments/ meals available. We slept well and enjoyed the experience. "

great stay, well worth a visit

"We really enjoyed the historic aspect of the hotel and the way it has been modernized for comfort, while preserving the historic building. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and both meals were wonderful. We particularly appreciated the excellent customer service by Rocio in the bar/restaurant and Guadeloupe at the front desk. They both were very friendly and helpful. "
