"A lovely retreat in a spectacular setting. Suggestions for improvement: supply shampoo and more soap in bathroom (consider a big bottle of liquid soap) and more essentials in kitchen (salt and pepper supplies were running very low and there was no cooking oil of any kind)."

"The hosts were very receptive to a few extra needs we had. It was a cold rainy weekend, and we needed some ‘cuddle’ blankets and they delivered! (Totally unnecessary items)! Location is just perfect for all our excursions. The place is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with fully stocked kitchen items. In apt washer/dryer was just what we needed. Wonderful weekend!"

"Nice location and amazing view. Not to take away from the great place…but….530 am gardeners started mowing and chopping trees 2 of the 3 mornings. I know in a golf course amazing as this landscaping is important but was rough. Also, some blackout curtains would be nice to try to get back to sleep in morning :). "This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located. It was a quick weekend so we didn’t have a lot of time to just hang out in the cottage. Our overall impression with it was kind of cute and funky, but could have been a little cleaner."

The night we arrived, there was a lovely farmers market inthe park across the street. The property was clean with great amenities and the off street parking is great. Of the 3 apts that we have rented in the Bay Area, this one is BY FAR the best of the bunch. Everything in it is updated, clean & well designed to maximize space, aesthetic appeal & convenience. The view is even more lovely than the photos depict & the space is so bright with natural light from the many well-placed windows that it never occurred to us to turn on the...

"This is a small apartment with everything anyone could want in a charming package. It is set in a lovely garden that the gracious host encourages her guests to enjoy. There is a kitchen, a good shower, a desk, comfortable chairs for relaxing and, very important, a good bed. I’m looking forward to my return."

"We had a girls weekend at the Villa and it was absolutely amazing. Randy and his staff were super attentive to us and helped us the entire weekend. The house is absolutely amazing and very well stocked. We have zero complaints and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend utilizing all of the amenities that the house has to offer including the pickle ball court, gym, steam room, hot tub and wine cave! Thanks Randy for an amazing experience"
